Cleaning Services

Residential Cleaning:
Covers a standard one-bedroom residential cleaning, including basic tidying, surface wipe-downs, bathroom refresh, floors, and the general upkeep needed to bring your home back to baseline. This price only applies to true one-bedroom homes with normal conditions. Anything larger, heavily lived-in, or needing add-on services will treat this as a deposit, and the remaining balance will be billed once we confirm the size and scope of your space. Final payment is due when scheduling to secure appointment.

Fridge Clean-Out
A full fridge refresh including removing expired items, organizing shelves, and wiping everything down so it’s ready for the week. 
Pantry Organization
Sorting and reorganizing your pantry so it’s clean, clear, and easy to maintain. Labeling extra.

Deep Clean
A more detailed cleaning focused on neglected or high-build-up areas. Pricing is based on time and home condition, this acts only as a deposit to get you on the schedule. 

Move-Out Deep Clean
A full, top-to-bottom deep clean to prepare your space for final walk-throughs. Includes surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, and detail work. Full price based on in person quote. 

Move-In Prep
A fresh clean and basic setup so your the place feels ready to live in from day one with no immediate issues to clean or fix. Full price based on in person quote. 

Rental Turnover
1 bedroom-start at $125
2 bedroom-start at $140
3 bedroom-start at $160
4 bedroom-start at $180

Payment is considered deposit and remaining due before time of completion, no exceptions.
