TERMS OF SERVICE (SACRED SOUL STYLE)
Welcome to Sacred Soul Balance. By being here, you’re stepping into a space that’s grounded in integrity, built on mutual respect, and wrapped in some seriously soulful magic. So before you start shopping, vibing, or transforming your life through our offerings, here's the fine print.
By using this site (yes, even just browsing), you're agreeing to our Terms. That includes everything on this page, plus anything we link to or reference elsewhere on the site. If you're not cool with any of it, totally fair—but you can’t use the site or make a purchase until you are. No hard feelings, just boundaries.
We use Shopify to host our store, so a little bit of their fine print is baked into how this all runs.
SECTION 1: THE GROWN-UP STUFF You’ve gotta be the age of majority in your state (or have permission from your grown-up). And whatever you do here, don’t break the law. No shady shit. No digital mischief. If you break the rules, we’ll end your access faster than you can say "return policy."
SECTION 2: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROTECT OUR ENERGY We can refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Not to be mean—but to protect the sacred space we've created here. And just so you know, your non-payment info might travel across networks (tech things), but your card info is encrypted like a damn vault.
SECTION 3: DON'T BET YOUR LIFE ON IT We keep things accurate, but hey—we're human. Things can shift. Info might be outdated or incomplete. Double-check anything before you make a big decision.
SECTION 4: THINGS CHANGE Prices, products, services—they might change without warning. We're evolving, and so is the site. We’re not responsible if something shifts while you’re making up your mind. Flow with us.
SECTION 5: PRODUCTS + SERVICES Some of our offerings are exclusive, limited, or made in small batches. We try to show you exactly what you're getting, but screens vary. If we ever limit a product or deny a sale, it's not personal. Descriptions can evolve. Prices too. We're not promising perfection, but we do promise intention.
SECTION 6: YOUR INFO MATTERS Keep your account details up to date so we can get your magical goods to the right place. We might cancel or adjust orders if something looks funky or scammy. If that happens, we’ll reach out.
SECTION 7: OPTIONAL TOOLS We might offer some third-party tools. Use them if you want—but we don’t control them, we don’t guarantee them, and we’re not babysitting them. If we add new tools or features, they’re covered by these same Terms.
SECTION 8: THIRD-PARTY VIBES Sometimes we link to outside sites. We’re not responsible for their content, products, or weirdness. Do your own research and vibe check them before engaging.
SECTION 9: YOUR COMMENTS, FEEDBACK + MAGIC Send us ideas, and we might use them. No compensation, no confidentiality—just a shared space for creativity. Don’t post anything hateful, illegal, or sketchy. You’re responsible for what you share. Don’t be a troll.
SECTION 10: YOUR PRIVACY Personal info is handled with care. Check out our Privacy Policy for all the sacred details.
SECTION 11: IF WE MESS UP Typos happen. Sometimes things are wrong—prices, product descriptions, shipping times. We can fix it anytime, and we can cancel your order if something’s off. No obligation to explain unless legally required.
SECTION 12: PROHIBITED USES Don’t use this site for illegal, disrespectful, exploitative, or gross behavior. If you do, we’ll show you the digital door.
SECTION 13: NO GUARANTEES, JUST GOOD INTENTIONS We can’t promise perfection. Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” If something goes wrong, we’re not liable for damages. Some states have different rules, so in those cases, we’ll play by the local law.
SECTION 14: IF YOU CAUSE DRAMA You agree to cover our butts (including legal fees) if your actions cause issues for us. Simple as that.
SECTION 15: IF SOMETHING’S UNENFORCEABLE The rest of these Terms still stand strong even if one part doesn’t hold up.
SECTION 16: GOODBYE FOR NOW You can stop using the site anytime. We can end your access too, especially if you break the rules. Whatever happened before termination still applies.
SECTION 17: THIS IS OUR AGREEMENT These Terms, plus our posted policies, are the full understanding between you and Sacred Soul Balance. Nothing hidden, nothing off-the-record.
SECTION 18: CALIFORNIA VIBES All of this is governed by the laws of the U.S. and California in particular. If there’s ever a legal issue, that’s where the convo starts.
SECTION 19: TERMS MAY EVOLVE We’ll update these Terms as we grow. Check back once in a while. Keep using the site = you’re on board.
