SHIPPING POLICY

We ship magic—literally and energetically. Every package from Sacred Soul Balance is packed with care, intention, and a sprinkle of good vibes, but here’s the real talk about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 4 to 7 business days (honestly I try to get them out ASAP so nothing is pending), however handmade or restocked items may take a little longer, especially if the moon’s doing something weird or we’re elbow-deep in body oil batching. If your item is made to order or has an expected ship date, that’ll be noted in the product description & we never make you wait for your entire order if theres a delay in one or two items-we ship whats available first at no extra charge to you.

Shipping Methods + Rates
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. only through USPS or UPS, depending on what fits best and moves fastest. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and how many treasures you just added to your cart. 

Free Local Delivery (SLO County only)
If you’re in San Luis Obispo County, we offer free local delivery—because community matters. Deliveries are made within 10 days (often way sooner) and are based on availability, not scheduled to your convenience. If there’s any difficulty locating your address (like GPS chaos or locked gates), we may charge a delivery fee to cover the extra time and gas. Please keep your contact info up to date.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping gods (and the postal system-yikes). If your tracking hasn’t updated in a bit, give it a few days—sometimes packages just vibe their way through slower than expected. Still no movement? Reach out, and we’ll do our best to help. 

International Orders
Not yet, love. We’re keeping it stateside for now while we figure out customs, duties, and eco-friendly global options that don’t wreck our souls or the planet & we all know right now things are just all over the place shipping internationally.
